A local artist in the Pittsburgh area beginning in 2004, Brett Douglas Davis has participated in numerous group shows throughout the city. Included among these were the FLUX installation in Braddock (for which an original sculpture and installation were constructed), and later that year an inclusion in the Best of Pittsburgh special exhibition displayed in the Winter Garden Building downtown as part of the annual Pittsburgh Festival of the Arts. After participating in the second annual Distillery Residency Program in the Brew House in 2007 to 2008 culminating in a show at Space 101 Brett returned to the Brew House where his studio is now located. There he acts as co-mentor of the new Distillery group.
